I was admitted to the hospital following a TAH. I met Terri on the night shift who was by far the most caring, supportive and amazing nurse I have ever had. She went out of her way to make sure I knew what was happening around me, was extremely responsive when I needed help and made me feel comfortable despite being in a hospital setting. During the night I had an episode of unresponsiveness as well as some cardiac issues which was terrifying, but Terri and her aide made it ok and were truly outstanding. Terri had a male PCA with her that night who was absolutely amazing. My experience with those two left me with a truly positive experience and while my other caregivers did a very nice job, these two went above and beyond and left a lasting impression.
