End of life decisions are always difficult for a family or patient to make. On the day I lost my loved one, Terri had a deep caring and calming manner about her. She talked with him about his wishes, and she made the process much easier on all of us. She was very attentive to everyone's needs. She truly put the patient first and made sure that things were done on his terms.

Any time that I opened the door for anything, Terri was always right there to see what I needed. This was the hardest day of my life, and she made it better by being the great nurse that she is.
