Terri was the Case Manager for my 99-year-old mother. My mother needed to transition to a rehab facility after discharging from Jackson Hospital. Terri was very professional, efficient, and supportive. I really appreciate the work she did to place Mother. It was extensive, especially due to my changing my mind to another facility after Mother had already been approved at a different one. Terri was very patient with me. She knew I was extremely stressed and helped to relieve that stress. Overall, I think Terri Sellers is a valuable asset for Jackson Hospital.
