I came into the behavioral health unit broken and hopeless. Ms. White showed me kindness, tolerance, and patience on several occasions. When she would see Veterans presenting with problems or concerns, she was there to listen and help solve problems. She encourages all the patients every day to learn to live their lives to the fullest. She is a great asset to the behavioral health unit. She is an extraordinary nurse who goes above and beyond for her patients.

She always has a beautiful smile and an amazing sense of humor. I am a very needy patient and she never seemed bothered by me. One night she was so busy, and I wanted to go out to see the sunset, she dropped everything she was doing, and outside we went. This is the kind of nurse all patients should have. Healthcare would be so much better. She also told me that writing sometimes helps to put things into perspective. She said, "Somehow when you see problems with solutions on paper, a person tries to do better." She has a beautiful heart and soul. She is one of the best nurses I’ve ever met.
