My wife and I arrived at the hospital to induce labor. After 35 hours, my wife refused to give up on having our baby naturally. Had it not been for our nurse, Terri, her positivity, her persistence to help us and the fact that she requested us the following morning, things may have turned out drastically different. Our delivery was a difficulty one and when the physician believed that the baby's shoulder may not fit through the birth canal. We were almost ready to give up but with Terri's unbudging help, we continued to push and low and behold we caught a glimpse of the babies head. We feel blessed and thankful. I thank your staff and the nurses of caliber but we could not thank Terri enough. Her experience and bed side manner is one of a kind and she deserves more then what we could give back. One thing she does have is our gratitude!
