Terry is a wonderful nurse. She is very calm, pleasant and helpful.
She is open to new ideas, stepping into a consistent charge role on a short notice. She is very thoughtful about safety and very interested in participating in and supporting department initiatives. She is a stabilizing force in a very active department.
Lastly, Terry is clinically excellent. She is well versed in preop/phase 2 care and is a great teacher in the department.
