Terry is an extraordinary nurse for many reasons. The first and foremost is her amazing care for her patients. The care was seen firsthand and was also presented to me by another patient's family member. Her knowledge of medicine and symptoms was amazing and superior to the other nurses. The respect and compassion that was shown to the patient was terrific. Also the respect and compassion was definitely shown to the family as well. I heard first hand from other nurses in her unit that she has mentored them and educated them in many different aspects of medicine and patient care. During my month long stay at your hospital there is no doubt in my mind that she is the best nurse that I have come in contact with. She deserves this award. Thank You.
