A patient had a rehab appointment and needed to go to the senior center and was planning to walk there. Terry felt that was not a good idea, considering she had just finished her rehab appointment.
Terry's parents happened to be at the outpatient center at the same time and Terry asked her parents to drive Ms. Rubin to the center. They did and the patient was so thankful. The patient feels as though Terry went above and beyond.
