We found out our son had jaundice which made us very scared. Terry became very involved with us and broke things down so we could understand what was going on. Being a first-time dad, I was so worried about everything. She went above and beyond to help us and our son. Terry took the time to give us both a hug and made us feel like this place was much more than just a job to her! Our experience was better than I could imagine it could be.
