Terry displays patience and is unbiased towards all of her patients. She is very well respected by her colleagues. Recently Terry was observed being exceptionally kind and helpful to a patient who was cursing and yelling at her. The patient is a frequent visitor to this ER and is well known for being a difficult patient. Terry went above and beyond on this day by helping take care of this patient's young children who were with her as well. Terry was able to maintain her positive and caring demeanor throughout the visit. She is a true example of a DAISY Award nurse.
