Terry White, RN was helpful, kind, professional, always smiling, calm, and knows what time to do what. When he came in on night shift, my daughter was in the bathroom with diarrhea, and when she finished Terry held her for me so I could clean her without me asking for help. This is his first time with her and he is always watching. When she is coughing or needs to go to the bathroom, he immediately comes to help us. If I ask questions, he is always giving me the information quickly and explaining the details of what he is doing. He is always reading and learning, always alert, and being the best nurse he can be. That shows me that he really likes his job and is giving his heart. Also, there are some small details that he doesn't miss and it makes us very happy, relaxed, and comfortable. For example, when we try to sleep, he will bring us warm blankets and put the blankets on for us. This time is very stressful for the family, so when you have someone touch your heart and show that they care about you and want you to be comfortable, it makes you happy.
