Tesha is a highly skilled compassionate team player who consistently displays and promotes the highest ethical standards.
Tesha demonstrates I-CARE (Caring, Accountability, Respect, Empathy) values in everything she does and is a positive role model. I enjoy working with her very much as she is always available if I need help with anything. She is very professional and yet fun to work with. She goes above and beyond her manager role as she is always volunteering her time. Tesha dedicated much time to team building and new processes when she first took over the ER and managed to win the trust and respect of her team over time. She is an awesome manager and I feel she deserves to be manager of the year.

Tesha is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of Emergency Medicine and Disaster Management. The Emergency Department has weathered the COVID Crisis under her leadership and her department continues to adapt and improve the growing demands on our resources in the ER. Tesha is respected by her staff, physicians, and her peers. She willingly takes on projects that benefit all department at IHE and represent our facility in system-wide groups. Tesha is a seasoned professional who is always setting up to help other professionals personally. IHE and the patient we care for benefit from Tesha’s talents and her presence.

Tesha keeps in mind the whole hospital when making decisions and has helped in making our lead nurse meeting a good environment for our nurses to have a voice. Enjoy working on projects with Tesha, as she listens provides valuable insights, and then always strives for the right solution so everyone can come together. When Tesha starts a project there are always clear expectations and follow through to the conclusion. Tesha is very loyal to this facility and her staff. Always manages up her peers. Tesha is very honest and passionate about Nursing the culture we strive for at Edmond. Tesha is a very polished speaker and gracefully puts into words what we are all trying to say. I value Tesha as a colleague and as a friend and trust when I go to her, she will give sound advice. Tesha embodies the values of INTEGRIS.
