Tess Arroyo is a true DAISY Nurse because of her willingness to help in every way. I could tell that she was busy, but she never pushed or rushed my care in any way. She was compassionate, listened to my concerns, and communicated my care to me and my family in layman's terms, and provided competent, capable, compassionate patient care. I was in very good hands and feel she is exactly in her calling. You are fortunate to have her representing your hospital and its values.
