We were really busy in the ICU and short-staffed. The ED was not busy at the time and Tess offered to help. She tried to log onto our charting but did not have access. She still helped out in every way she could. We had really sick patients at the time and she ran around talking. We were so grateful to have her help. She definitely made our day and should be recognized for that.
