I was admitted into Cardiac Universal Bed (CUB) Unit after having a procedure. I was very, very scared until I talked with Tess. She is very professional at doing her job. Her compassion shines through in her job performance. Tess took her time in the CUB Unit to make sure I understood everything that was going on. She made this horrific experience much easier to deal with. Tess's attitude and compassion, I feel that she is a true asset to this hospital. Her beautiful personality and smile also helps with calming fears. I truly believe that Tess deserves the DAISY.
