Tess was wonderful, I was lucky to have her for several shifts. She always remembered everything about me and my concerns. She helped to teach me about my meds, quizzing me and repeating it over and over again until it stuck. She always made me feel well cared for. Concerned and confident that things will be ok. We got to be such a team, that I would just think of her and the door would open and there she would be. My very sweet and capable nurse. I knew that If Tess was on shift that I wouldn't have to worry or stress, that it was going to be a very good, productive and learning day. I was unable to have my family close by and Tess helped me out above and beyond her obligation. She did it with the love and concern that I do well in recovery.
