Tessa showed remarkable compassion and care for two of my patients with end-stage cancer in one shift. Both patients and families were dealing with major grief and sadness and she was able to provide comfort to both families. A very difficult task to do in one shift. One of the patient's spouses specifically mentioned how wonderful Tessa was and how they appreciated her care.
