Nurse Tessa was overly warm, welcoming, and kind. I was in the ER for a broken toe and was unable to find a babysitter for my 2 ½-year-old daughter and she was kind of rambunctious. Nurse Tessa was very patient and even helpful with her. She was sympathetic to the pain I was in and I appreciate her kindness greatly.
