Tessa made me feel comfortable while I was in the hospital. I felt safe and knew she would be there to help me without having to put on the call- light. She gave me a bath every night and never made me feel like a bother. She spent time in the room with me and got to know me as a person and not another hospital room number. She went above and beyond.
