For the past 1 year, I have had the honor and privilege of coaching and communicating with Dade. During this time, I have witnessed his exceptional dedication, clinical competence, and compassionate patient care. He is always willing to assist his patients and his co-workers. Dade’s ability to collaborate therapeutically with colleagues, especially during challenging situations, is truly commendable. His effective communication with patients and his ability to handle difficult situations in a controlled and professional manner have been noted. The ancillary staff on 6A has expressed their pleasure in working with him, citing his respectful, professional, and compassionate approach. In addition to his excellent clinical ability, Dade consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of our patients. He is always willing to assist his team members with patient care while supporting the unit as a charge nurse.
