I came to room X following a ten-hour overnight stay in the ER. I had not eaten, had migraine pain, and was exhausted. I was passed off to Thad, who was on duty that morning. I found Thad to be very attentive to my condition and my needs. He got me settled in and advised that the MA would be in to get everything settled in the room.

Thad was very attentive throughout the day. He did an excellent job at keeping up with my meds and my needs. I truly felt welcome and cared for, and I truly appreciate the extraordinary service. He was good to get in touch with the doctor and keep me informed of the status.

Thad was so good to check in on me regularly and was always courteous and professional towards my questions and requests. He even helped me with a couple of things the next day when I was not his patient.

Thank you, Thad, for the work you do every day for your patients. Know that I especially appreciate the care you gave me throughout my time on the floor during the shift when I was your patient, and even the shifts when I was not. Your efforts do not go unnoticed!
