The nursery and mother/baby side were very busy on a Saturday morning. We had a baby that needed to be transferred out to another facility, lots of baby labs to draw, medications due, and discharges waiting to go home; it was a hectic morning! When Thalia heard we were rushing around while her L&D unit was slow, she came to the nursery and started taking babies back to their moms, picked up other babies for pediatric examinations, drew labs on our babies, and helped out any way she could. She was a great help and our morning was much better because of her!
