Thanitta gave me professional and personal care. Sha made sure to know my case and introduce herself to me at the start of her shift. She made me feel like I was the only patient she had while she was in my room. She worked out my pain levels and schedule with me. She kindly but sternly reminded me to ask for help with the bathroom. She talked to me like a good friend who is caring for another. I felt safe and looked after. Her skills are sharply tuned and natural. She passed me on at shift change updating the new nurse about me with introductions.
