Thelma reacts well in an emergency situation. There was an emergency two weeks ago where a patient came into the emergency room acutely ill. Thelma was on call and single- handily coordinated the entire process from the ER to the Cath Lab, efficiently getting the patient his procedure done as quickly as possible.
