Theresa Carullo, BSN, RNC-LRN

Theresa Carullo is the Care Manager in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). She has been employed at Englewood Health for over 36 years. Ms. Carullo goes above and beyond for her tiniest patients. She is energetic and passionate about patient care. Theresa makes special connections with her patients and their parents that last a lifetime and we have letters/picture cards to prove it. She exhibits extraordinary compassion and kindness to her patients and their families that may be experiencing the most difficult situation of their lives. Theresa takes time to educate and she personalizes her care with each infant and always includes family members during her care process.

She is a preceptor, an EPIC super user, and a member of the Maternal/Child Health (MCH) Council. Theresa is a blessing to the NICU population.
