The minute Theresa entered my room, the air in the room felt instantly lighter. Her smile and eyes gave a sense of calmness. She was so kind, sweet, and caring. She apologized for the wait, apologized for the pain, and made sure I was ok. She made me feel like I was her only patient, her only priority. I had a panic attack while I was waiting for some results, and Theresa was right there asking what she could do. She offered a cold cloth, water, and even a phone charger. She was always there when I needed her. Essentia Health has a lot of great nurses, but Theresa wins, hand down. Not only was she compassionate and caring but she was organized and put my IV in like a seasoned pro. Thank you Theresa, for being a dedicated and compassionate nurse with a huge heart.
