Theresa is one of the most efficient Administration House Supervisors (AHS) at St. Francis Medical Center (SFMC). She consistently is able to ensure patients move throughout the hospital in a safe and efficient manner and sees to it that patients are receiving the quality of care needed and deserved. She is able to effectively and single-handedly manage a variety of situations from urgent physician issues to anxious family members' concerns, to coordinating the leadership of other health care staff during emergent codes and fires, and the de-escalation of situations. Theresa is the AHS every ED physician and SFMC executive leader thinks of when they need a highly competent individual to be on the ground managing very complex, immediate and unexpected situations. She is SFMC's unsung nurse hero! Her ability to critically think and effectively manage during moments of chaos and turmoil make her a highly regarded nurse and well deserving of this recognition.
