From the moment I stepped foot on the Labor & Delivery floor, Theresa made me feel comfortable and 100% at ease during a not-so-easy time. Her kindness and confident demeanor were exactly what my husband and I needed as we prepared for the birth of our first child. As the afternoon went on, Theresa continued to comfort us as we got closer to our actual delivery. She thoroughly answered all our questions and explained in detail everything that was going to happen as the hours went by. We were sad to see her leave when her shift ended, but we did have the opportunity to catch up with her again when she returned Tuesday.
