Theresa is kind, trustworthy, patient, and loving. She made me feel as if I was family. The unit was busy, but you would never know this because Theresa was right there when we needed her. She was quick to notice symptoms of sepsis and intervened quickly. If Theresa had not done this, there is a good chance I would not be here to write this, and at that time she had only been a nurse for 3 months! She is compassionate and always willing to pray with me and my family. Theresa's shift had ended, but she still made sure to come in before she left to say goodbye. She ensured that my educational needs were met and involved my family.
