Theresa uses her own money and time to make and decorate our unit to create a warm, calm, inspirational environment for the adolescents who are here. She is patient consistently with staff and patients. She goes above and beyond to provide care for the patients who come to our unit for care. She also is kind and compassionate with parents who have to leave their children in our care. Truly special! I am a new staff member on the unit and she has made my transition easy, teaching me all she knows.
