Theresa Gaudio, BSN, RN

My first encounter with Theresa was when I was a scared 10-year-old with a soccer injury. I was convinced my ankle was broken into a million pieces. She assured me I would continue to play soccer as it was not a bad injury. Her exceptional demeanor and patience with pediatric patients make her the go-to person in the ED for pediatric patients. Theresa has also dedicated her time as our SANE coordinator. She ensures our sexually assaulted victims are cared for appropriately, gently, and in a manner that allows evidence to be collected properly. She is a longtime dedicated nurse that not only is a patient advocate but also a nurse with amazing leadership skills and a wealth of knowledge she eagerly shares with the team.
