We have all worked with Terri for many years and she has helped all of us grow in our nursing profession and has mentored us on our leadership journey.

Terri is a strong advocate for her nursing teams. She takes time to talk to her leaders, hear their concerns and give support and direction to resolve any issues. We have all worked with Terri for many years and she has helped all of us grow in our nursing profession and has mentored us on our leadership journey.

She has consistently led the way for Nursing through pursuit of Magnet recognition and continuously looks for ways to make improvements and promote safety for the teams and our patients. She led us through a pandemic all well continuing on a journey to strive for excellence.

Terri has a true vision for leading the way for nursing through innovation, quality, education, and bringing new ideas and projects to the forefront such as the Care Delivery Model, local orientation, and Rover. Terri has vast knowledge in multiple areas and is often sought out by her local teams and throughout the system for her expertise in Magnet, staffing, strategic planning, nursing education, and so much more!

Terri has advocated for her leaders to value Wellness, and implemented Wellness Fridays. She successfully maintained a core of leaders during the pandemic. She encourages her teams to take opportunities to grow in their professional practice, through education, certification, and conferences, networking in professional organizations.

We appreciate everything that Terri has done in the Eastern Region and throughout the system to pave the way for nursing! Terri is an excellent Nurse Leader!

Terri is a wonderful leader and role model for nurses at all levels. She leads with compassion, is an excellent communicator, and always exhibits strength, integrity, and wisdom. Terri is always present and approachable for any staff needs, as well as utilizing her vast depth of knowledge to resolve any nursing or system issues quickly and efficiently. Terri rounds frequently through departments, as well as participates on nursing committees, offering insight and her knowledge in an effort to make nursing stronger, and allow us to give the best nursing care. Terri is an extraordinary nurse and leader.
