Theresa has been a nurse at Bellin for 28 years working as a RN in the hospital and clinic setting. There is no “one situation” as to why Theresa should be nominated for the DAISY Award as every patient she has worked with, she has gone above and beyond for in the clinic. Theresa has saved countless lives by making the proper call in advising the patient on what to do or where to go. She has detected heart attacks and strokes on a few seconds and had EMS dispatched in no time. She fights for the patient needs and provides the best care without a single complaint. She is the most humble, kind, and caring person and is an absolute joy to work with. Her personality makes her an exceptional person inside and outside of work.
