My Mother was Blessed to have Theresa Jones as her nurse. I am a nurse myself and was amazed by the care Theresa gave my mother. I understand the challenges of providing excellent care and the pressure that RNs are under. Theresa is kind, compassionate and thorough despite all the challenges she is facing as a nurse. With certain chaos behind the patient's door, Theresa manages to make her patient and family members feel as if they are the only patient in the hospital. Theresa does a very thorough nursing assessment and addresses every area of actual or potential concern. She is aware of even the smallest trend toward an ominous outcome. Theresa embodies the qualities, characteristics and clinical knowledge base that every nurse should aspire to.
