Theresa Kassis, BSN, RN

Theresa is phenomenal. She has a heart of gold. I'm so grateful that she was one of my son's nurses. She was very thoughtful and proactive and had a lovely soul. She provided excellent care to my son during his most recent stay at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. Her bedside manner was superb. She's definitely a valuable asset to this hospital or to any hospital where she may work. More nurses should model her professionalism and the traits that make her a fantastic nurse. Not only did she provide excellent care for my son. I was also able to witness her tend to other patients on the floor. For instance, there was a child who started to have a seizure episode in the playroom. Theresa dropped everything and was extremely detail-oriented, ensuring she had the necessary equipment to assist the child. She moved so quickly and was so focused on the child's care that I was amazed.
