Theresa was so kind in getting my son set up for surgery. She did great at putting in IV (no tears) and keeping me (mom), calm. I had questions about antibiotics – she got the doctor. I had questions about crutches and she got the physical therapist. Answered all my questions. She was calming, kind, informative, and most of all patient. Always has a nice smile and a comforting personality. I am not one to give undeserved compliments
