Theresa was very attentive and friendly. She was responsive and a great listener. My mom is deathly afraid of needles. She screams and flails. Theresa explained a shot to prevent blood clots given in the belly to my mom. We told her Mom was afraid of needles but Theresa was amazing! She just kept talking to my mom and for the first time ever, she did not scream with a needle! I cannot stress enough what a feat this was and what a hero Theresa was!
