Theresa was extremely pleasant and very professional from the start, which I expected her to be considering I was in the ICU for brain surgery. However, she went beyond that measure when she took the time to not only learn about my case but got to know me as a person. I did not feel like a patient but a friend. My illness is one of my own causing as I am an alcoholic, which caused me to fall and have several brain bleeds. Theresa took a part of her day (several) to relate to me her own personal stories of faith, hope, and courage. Giving examples to draw from when I felt sorry for myself and my current situation. Only being 24 days sober she was of much use and importance to me not only physically but spiritually. You are extremely lucky to have her.
