I am a urology patient with a permanent catheter requiring monthly changes and some associated procedures. At my request, Terri has been the one I want to take care of my needs for these past three years. My reason is that she excels at putting me at ease during my treatments, which can be painful and distressing. Her professional and conversational skills keep any negative effects of these treatments to a minimum. She is just great, and I hope all visits are as good.
