Theresa Nguyen 2021, BSN, RN, MEDSURG-BC

Theresa is truly a one-of-a-kind and a valuable asset to Memorial Hermann. She is one of the hardest-working people that I know and a true team player. There was a day where I really needed someone to be a runner and help me out while I was assisting the doctor out with a chest tube and she was such an amazing help. Whatever we needed she brought it to us quickly, and that was tremendously helpful, especially when we were in the middle of a sterile field doing the procedure. She even stayed after her shift was over to help me clean up the mess in the room and make sure I was okay before she left. I cannot thank her enough because she had patients of her own, but she knew we could use a hand and stepped in to help right away without hesitating. I really admire her kind heart and patience, and I want to give her all the credit for all that she does on the unit to help her coworkers out when they need it.
