My father-in-law was admitted to CVU. We found out that he was diagnosed with cancer and we were told that it was grim. My father-in-law wanted tomato soup and no one could provide that for him. Ms. Terri saw me going to the store and asked if I needed anything. I told her none of his nurses could find him tomato soup. Ms. Terri said, "let me see what I can do." Ms. Terri came back with tomato soup. I can't tell you how this made me feel. I began to cry, filled with happiness, because of Ms. Terri. She wasn't his nurse but went above and beyond and I will never forget the smile she put on my father-in-law's face because he finally got his tomato soup! I will be forever grateful to Ms. Terri.
