We were at St. Teresa for what would be my dad's final days. During our stay there, we were blessed to have Theresa Ramsey as one of our many RNs. Terri really stepped in and gave us comfort when she saw us struggling. She took the time to visit with us and shared her knowledge of what my dad's body was going through or to share a personal story and relating it to the emotions we were feeling. She also had worked with my dad for many months before at a different hospital and told us that she remembered him. It made us feel like she was a part of our family or a close friend. These little things she did for us and the ordinary and daily parts of her job that she performed for my dad were done with great love and care. Thank you Terri!
