Theresa is very attentive and caring. My circumstances caused me to be in the maternity ward for several days and I interacted with numerous nurses. Theresa stood out among them, providing care at a whole different level of support. For me, she provided detailed physical care as well as shared information on what to expect procedural wise, words of comfort and emotional support.
At a time when I felt very unsure and anxious, she was a source of comfort in addition to her gentle care. She also visited in her next shift to make sure I was doing alright. And when I specifically asked her for a bunch of procedural related Q&A, she showed experience and knowledge when she shared with me.
I really appreciated the way she treated me as a patient, not as a list of "to-do's", but with compassion and kindness in addition to her gentle care.
