My utmost appreciation goes to Theresa Ritz who consistently goes above and beyond for her patients and staff. Her compassion is felt with a caring and loving heart which I experienced during my two visits to Bryn Mawr Hospital. When a nurse kneels next to a patient's bed like Theresa did for me to comfort me, it says a lot about her spirit and soul. What a beautiful quality nurse! Theresa is a valuable asset to BMH, patients and all the staff.
