Theresa truly embraces the Kaiser Permanente Nursing Motto. She provides Extraordinary Nursing Care, Every Patient, Every Time.
When I saw her in action I wasn't feeling my best, however I was able to take notice of her actions in the room. I can't tell you how proud she made me of our nursing profession and all that we do. It's not easy to care for people who come from all walks of life. Theresa stuck to the oath "to do all in her power to maintain and elevate the standard of her profession, and to hold in confidence all personal matters committed to her keeping and all family affairs coming to her knowledge in the practice of her calling. With loyalty will she endeavor to aid the physician in his work, and devote herself to the welfare of those committed to her care."
"It makes a difference when someone cares . . . . I no longer felt like patient, I felt like an important part of the Kaiser family".
Theresa is very positive, a team player, always willing to go out of her way to help, and her co-workers love her.
"Theresa is an excellent nurse! She has been remarkably kind, caring and has provided awesome care of my Mother. We are very grateful to have her assigned to our Mother. Kaiser is very fortunate to have her!"
"This phenomenal nurse changed my outlook on staying in a hospital. I was terrified when I first arrived. I had fears of dying and my self-esteem was low and all I could think of was running away. I was in pain and conflicted with my own issues. Theresa not only did her job correctly, she went above and beyond it. It makes a difference when someone cares. Theresa keeps a smile on my face and makes it a lot easier to deal with my demise. She is an angel sent from God. Without her I could not have made it."
