From the outset, upon my mom entering Urgent Care, Theresa met us with genuine compassion. She took care of Mom like she was caring for her own mom. She treated Mom with such grace, care, patience, and respect, ensuring Mom was comfortable, listened to, and well cared for. Theresa gave mom instant attention.
One example: When Theresa pulled off Mom's socks, she saw how dry her skin was. Theresa then took a tub of lotion and applied it to Mom's legs, arms, and back. Mom loved that! When Mom was ultimately admitted into the hospital, Mom said, "I really liked that first nurse I had, she was so nice." She really touched Mom. Theresa is one of a kind - unique, special - caring is the essence of her nursing skills. It is clear she loves her job; her career and passion are one! She seems to have an insatiable yearning to want to truly care for others. Theresa is the beating heart of your medical team. What a gem!
