My 30-year-old daughter was here for a brain MRI. She is 30 but developmentally infantile and severely handicapped. She's nonverbal, blind, deaf, with CP, and in a wheelchair. With that said, everything and every procedure is a challenge or an ordeal. To put in an IV or get blood for labs is very difficult due to tiny veins. Theresa was called in and, right away, began to swaddle my daughter to allow for the procedure to be completed. I had never seen this done before on a 30-year-old, but this definitely was a great practice that allowed my daughter to get the necessary tests. This woman is amazing, and I praise God for her. She was so down-to-earth and remained so professional while demonstrating true caring.
