I was admitted to ward 4H as I had experienced a TIA (mini-stroke). Every nurse in this ward was efficient and nice. Theresa was one particular nurse who exemplified all the VA core values. She was thorough, knowledgeable, consistent, and very positive. If I could ever have a private nurse, she would be my first choice. There was one incident where she went beyond the call of duty. She was very determined. She's the best RN that I've ever had!
