In April 2023, I was frantically calling every hospital with a MEG scanning machine and getting nowhere. After days of calling, I tried Le Bonheur and Teri answered the phone. After 30 minutes of her explaining the machine, what to look for, which hospitals had working MEGs, etc. I was in tears! No one had taken the time to talk with me or offer to help. I had felt completely alone in this medical battle until I spoke with Teri. Her sincere care and willingness to help a total stranger, was the sign that I needed to immediately book my daughter’s MEG scan at Le Bonheur in June 2023. Teri truly is an angel on earth for everyone, current patient or not.
