Therese Brunner, RN
After we were transferred to the ward, Therese Brunner welcomed us and immediately made us feel at ease. She took the time to show us around and explain everything with exceptional warmth, kindness, and compassion—not only toward us, but especially toward our son.
She answered all of our questions about medications and our son's medical condition with outstanding professionalism, confidence, and expertise. She also took the time to answer our general questions with patience and kindness, explaining everything clearly and in an easy-to-understand way.
What impressed us most was the way she treated every patient as an individual. It was evident that she genuinely understands each person's unique needs and goes above and beyond to make their hospital stay as comfortable and reassuring as possible.
Throughout our time on the ward, Therese was consistently warm, respectful, and compassionate. Her caring nature, combined with honest, straightforward communication, left a lasting impression on us. She is the kind of nurse who makes patients and their families feel safe, valued, and truly cared for.
